Thank you for giving me this opportunity to express my views of Dr.Carlos Valdes
and his staff who together have made my visits which started in November of
2000 which makes it 14 years of an incredible process of having lost my
greatest fear which I don't have any rational explanation . Except I
attribute this to Dr Carlos Valdes with his wonderful gift to have used to make
me .feel as comfortable as he achieved it from the very beginning by letting me
feel as if I was in total control and he never made me feel badly by all of
my irrational fears. He has always behaved as the kindest ,gentle and the most
professional dentist I have encountered in my 76years. A very grateful patient.

insurance and always had the time and extraordinary patience to explain
